StemmaPass Pro

StemmaPass for workshops

Your customers record their servicing in a digital logbook. You can confirm the jobs you carried out — in one click, straight from an email.

Free, and no commitment

Confirming a job costs nothing and needs no account. You get a link, you click, that is it.

Your customers sell better

A job confirmed by the workshop that carried it out counts for far more at resale than a line typed by the owner. It is a service you provide, effortlessly.

Your name on the history

Declare your workshop and it will appear on every service you certify — including on the public passport the seller hands to the buyer.

No software to install

Nothing to integrate, nothing to sync with your DMS. One email, two buttons.

Put your workshop’s name on it

Create a free account, then declare your workshop in your settings. The certifications you grant will then carry its name instead of a generic mention.

Become a verified workshop

Verification is free and is requested from your settings once your profile is filled in. It adds the “verified workshop” mention to every service you confirm — the highest level of evidence in the logbook, and the only one an owner cannot grant themselves.

  1. 1You fill in your profile: name, company number, town, and your website if you have one.
  2. 2We check the number against the public register, then a person reviews the application. You get the answer by email, with a reason if it is negative.
  3. 3You get the badge on your certifications, and a public page in your name — which you can take down at any time.

What verification does not say: nothing about the quality of your work. StemmaPass does not rate workshops and collects no reviews. It attests that the company exists and that it is indeed the one confirming.

What this is not

Confirming a service commits you to nothing beyond the fact that it took place: no warranty, no liability for the vehicle’s current condition. You access no logbook, and none of your customers’ data is asked of you.
